Took out service plan during initial purchase. At each service I had issues regarding loan car, length of time service took. Left waiting for 1 hour in showroom to pick up my vehicle after agreeing pick up time. Told bill was £500 instead of £54 MOT.

The Parks staff were helpful but I was disappointed when I got the car back after work that was required. I had to get a new tire fitted and the drivers inside door handle is very dirty and oily. I expected the tire fitter to wear gloves.

When I booked the car in by phone I was quoted £117 for a brake fluid change. When I queried if this included the discount for the car being over 3 years old, it was amended to £88 (should not need to ask). Final bill was was £78. Pricing not clear.
