As a returning customer I have always been satisfied with the service provided by Parks. All the staff I dealt with during my recent purchase were pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the process.

Staff were friendly & professional. Only reason for 4 stars is that most of the process is now on line which makes it more challenging to see what you are agreeing to.I also dislike the fact that BMW don't provide a car user handbook, again on line.

Although the scheduled service was carried out in usual good fashion the technicians disconnected the dash cam but did not reconnect it. This is despite my mentioning the same issue on previous occasions. It's there for a reason.

Staff very friendly had a puncture around half a mile from the site, road side assistant came quickly. Contacted the site they arrange a replacement vehicle for me coming in an hour later. 5 star customer service from the service and rental staff.

They had the car 3 weeks, repaired only the big repair, then were going to let it out with a fault, and if I hadn't asked for an MOT, they would have let it out with a defective tyre, and sent an email saying I had missed a brake fluid service? Poor

Staff were helpful and I was provided with a courtesy car whilst mine was in for repair. I would have been fully satisfied apart from the car wheel and inner wheel arch area were still covered in grease presumably from the burst outer CV gaiter.
