I went in to begin looking for a car and came out having shook hands on a brand new BMW. I was updated throughout the process and everything was seamless. Barry Menzies was a great help and was always on the other end of the phone to answer anything!

Three warranty visits for Workshop to accept windscreen liquid leak was causing "Low level in reservoir"Alert. A drip test under arch of offside front wheel would shown the cause. No technician initiative. My photos resulted in Reservoir replaced.

In the main I was happy however I had selected for my car to be washed and hoovered and this didn't happen. This is the first time in nearly 20 years of being a customer. This is a minor point but reflected in the score as not completely satisfied.

When I collected my car the engine management light was on. I then had to drive back to garage to get this resolved and reasoning was due to something not being connected properly after inspection.

Egr valve was replaced, I never had any issues with the part personally but I'm aware that not having it changed could cause issues down the line, issue fixed and was given a brolly a flask, washer fluid and a toy car for my boy, that was a nice

Lack of communication and unrealistic timescales, more information and a more truthful diagnosis of completion time would much more useful. The team did offer a solution which I was grateful but an agreed time for completion was missed by over 3 hour

Was a bit disappointed in the time taken. I was told it would be one day but because the reprogramming took a bit longer, it ran into 2. It perhaps would've been better if it had been flagged up when making the booking that this was a possibllty.

The only aspect I was unsure of was the online check-in system but it worked fine when I used it. My car was serviced efficiently and promptly and returned to me washed and clean but I missed the initial personal contact with a service assistant.

I just have. Millage was recorded with over 19500 on my car when it should have been 4258 on car. I was told on Monday 4th of March that they would alter it in their system and send correct paperwork to my address. Still waiting.

I have had car re called on 3 occasions and the replacement part was not available. Also I purchased a new battery for my key on my previous visit and the battery run down very quickly. I asked for this to be checked, it was changed and I was charged

Recall was for EGR valve check. When I booked the service I was advised that it would be replaced. when i presented the car I was told that it was just a check. £50k car and 3 checks taking half a day of my time, not very good.

Having experienced truly terrible customer care at Edinburgh BMW, Douglas Park are like night and day by comparison. Even though this was a breakdown situation with no prior notice the team at Douglas Park got the job done with no fuss.

When collecting my vehicle I was told it would be outside the front door. I couldn't find the car and then established it was round the back of the building at the opposite side of the yard. It was unwashed and partially blocked in by other new cars

Workshop cleared sludge in windscreen wash reservoir. This is a known issue in X5 2018 onward. I still get Reservoir Low alert and no pressure test was done to find leak which I reported.
