Easy to organise. Fast turnaround. I had a maintenance plan so no charges. On the day the receptionist was kind & courteous but the service assistant was busy on the phone & didn't acknowledge my presence - barely a smile. Otherwise great.

Dash Cam was keft unpowered without telling me. Any road incident would not have been recorded and my car insurance is based on having a dashcam fitted. The refurbishment is excellent and service staff first class.

1. Received message at 10.30am that service was complete & car was in wash bay & could be uplifted 11.30am. Attended 11.30 told car was being washed and asked to take a seat. Was reunited with my car 55mins later. 2.Repair requested still not fixed.

During a routine recall job a coolant pipe or hose was damaged and had to be replaced. This took a few days to have the part delivered and fitted. I was given a car at this time so no issues there, and the extra work took less time than first quoted.

X3 went in with brake issues. However the auto hold is still sticking and it feels as though the brakes are binding because even though we are going downhill the car is still slowing down when you take your foot off the accelerator. Not best pleased

Disappointed I didn't expect to have to wait for six weeks for a windscreen regardless of whether the factory was closed or not. I Italy was told it's normal for 3-5 days for a part but due to supply issues this was expected to be around 10-14 weeks.
