Booked in for a service. All good but service light on dash not reset so have to return car to have this done. Very inconvenient given we live about 20 miles away.

The staff at Parks always answer my calls, always give me updates and always explain clearly what needs done and why. The car is always ready when they say it will be and give plenty of notice when there is a delay and the reasons for the delay.

Informative regarding the check over the car
I'm not certain that the bonnet catch that was replaced as part of a recall, is working very well. Sometimes I can't open the bonnet.
No issues to report good all round I hope it can stay this way.

I put my car into Parks Hamilton for an MOT ,which it passed ,but the garage phoned me to say my car needed a brake back plate at a cost of £109. I only had the car 8 months and was assured I was covered for everything by a years warranty !!

I go to Douglas park in Hamilton BMW for my services as I have a service pack with my car & because it is the nearest BMW place.If I was paying or buying a new car I would not go there as on at least 5 occasions I have encountered dishonesty & racism

Car had a recovery recall issue which BMW emergency had done diagnostic and found the AGR valve had to be replaced due to the recall issue. Hamilton never checked or fixed properly and car faulted 3 days later again

The car had been faultless since purchasing it until a window wouldn't close. spoke with Andy who allowed me to bring the car in immediately and that fault was corrected the next day. A separate fault regarding a noisy door seal hasn't been fixed
My car was in for a recall and also to fix a persistent problem with noisy brakes (2nd time it's been in). Break problem not rectified & noise is still terrible. It's embarrassing driving such a nice car that sounds 'like an old bus'.
My car was due a service which all seemed to go fine but i was also reporting a DAB radio issue for the 4th time having been told there was "no fault found" on 3 previous occasions. I even supplied video of the "obvious" fault occuring
I asked for my car not to be cleaned so that the paint wont be scratched. The lady that booked it in said she would put a note on it. Picked it up and it had been washed .

Car went in for its first major service at 29,300 miles with no apparent faults. On picking up the car dashboard warning immediately displayed 'Transmission, engage parking brake to prevent car rolling' Parks didn't accept related to service!

Problem solved and got car back earlier than expected. However was charged for insurance for hire car and all I needed to do was bring in schedule which nobody explained to me. Just wasted the experience.
