On this occasion, everything was organised and problem free. One observation; the service centre staff were busy and it showed. Whilst polite & efficient, the customer service received could have been improved. The experience felt like a process.

From booking car in to picking car up I was kept informed of what was happening and my car was ready on time.
This would have been a 4 but I asked for the Ad Blue to be topped up and this was forgotten. But since this would have been chargeable it was an error anyone could make and certainly not a money making scheme.

The time delay in dropping off the car and the works being completed for a simple operation meant I had to hang around Hamilton for hours.
Service advisor updated car would be ready in 10mins had ask about it after waiting further 35mins. Car keys was in work shop and not given to service advisor who was dealing with me.

I was due to get a service and I called to say I could not make it in and was advised there was no problem and to attend the following week with date provided. When I arrived I was advised that the MOT cover and service had expired 48 hours.

Would be 5 stars but paid extra for a yearly oil & filter change. Oil measurement shows only 3/4 fill-up of engine oil.

Whilst disappointed this is the second time my brand new 3 series has suffered folding mirror problems in the first 3 months of ownership - the first time on collection day - the service and sales staff have been great
The customer service/service team are always fantastic and pleasure to deal with. The size of my bill was the only area of issue.
Would have been satisfied but felt that nearly 2 hours for the MOT was excessive. Had to make a return trip for MOT due to rear tyre showing on legal limit @ service, though I had previously check at more than 2mm and confirmed by mechanic friend.

The repair was OK But communication was difficult when I tried to get an update. Excessive time to get to speak to the Service Dept. Was abominable.
Quick service and very quick turnaround to get the car fixed and back to me.
I arrived with a problem with my car and no booking. Not only did they resolve the problem that day they also carried out the service in my car which was almost due.
I had winter wheels /tyres fitted. I made an appointment about 2 weeks beforehand and was told it would take about an hour to change the wheels over. This seemed reasonable. It actually took slightly more than two hours, which was annoying.
Again happy to help and took me to my car which had been cleaned inside and out too

When we gave all our details when booking in we received a price , when we arrived for service price more than doubled , staff didn't seem to helpful
Hamilton centre was fine however my issue was Bmw headquarters
Pleasant from reception to collection
Outcome eventually very good, and car returned spotless. However battery was replaced after drawn out deliberations - 3 days. Car was originally rental car and possibly hanging around a bit before sold to me when 1 1/2 years old. Warranty near end.
The car service and MOT were undertaken as promised, but with staff making sure we always were aware of the position.

I asked about the tyre compressor in the boot. When I removed the wrapping on getting a puncture the gauge glass was broken. Nobody came back to me.

My car was due for winter tyre swap. My X5 was picked from home, work completed and dropped back at my home.
Service was outstanding from the service team, especially Brian the Service Manager.

Friendly professional service from staff. Nice showroom. Negative referred to my 5 year service plan which apparently did not allow me to have an oil or brake fluid change because my mileage was considered too low from my last service. I had to pay !
Again sales was good but I know both tyre were losing air when I bought the car. The alarm never came on for the tyre I had to pay to replace and the service team couldn't find a leak in the front which was fixed in 20 minutes by an another garage.
Easy to book in my car. Didn't have to wait very long. I have marked .5 down as the service cost are fairly expensive for an oil change. Although I kind of expected that being a main dealer.

I told service staff my in-car computer was giving me an error message re brakes. But my brake pads had bern done. They reset the computer but 3 days letter the error message has come up again????

The purchase and delivery of the car went smoothly and according to the estimated time of delivery. The Salesman George Anderson ensured I was fully trained on the new equipment and especially the gearbox, as this was my first automatic.
The salesman (George Anderson) was fantastic he kept us updated from the minute we agreed to buy the car until we collected the car, he was courteous , knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the process and the facilities are second to none.
