Car was serviced - Friday. Not driven apart from taking it home. Driven on Wednesday (some 90 miles) and the oil light came on saying there was no oil. How could this be.I drove the car on the Thurs night - oil light came on and drivechain stopped.

The interpersonal skills of the staff I dealt with were first rate. This has not always been the case at Hamilton.
I received a Health Check video by email which in my opinion was a bit of a waste of time. The content covered was less than previous videos with only reference to tyre wear and drawing my attention to the fact my tyre inflation kit had expired.
I've been a Parks of Hamilton customer for over 15 years and I trust them.

The service attendant decided clearly to keep me waiting, focused on all the possible negatives, the car required an MOT and despite remaining under warranty and having done a mere 24,000 miles he wanted to know what I wanted to do if it failed!!
Staff were pleasant and very helpful - I needed my car back quickly for work purposes, and this was done as required.

The Service Manager and his team dealt with us, on each occasion, professionally, helpfully and sympathetically. The service manager went to considerable effort to make a case for BMW to contribute to the cost of repairs.

Firstly had to wait nearly 3 weeks to get car serviced. Stood 10 mins. in queue when I took car for servicing, only to be told that the Advisor couldn't find my booking on the computer. However, she would "still" endeavour to get it serviced.
Very prompt service just a wee bit disappointed that my brake issue was not covered under warranty when my car has only done 13400 miles
My recent visit was to have a puncture repaired. Two hours after sustaining the puncture, my car was back on the road with a new tyre.
Completely satisfied with the friendly atmosphere, and made my visit seem that nothing was a problem to them. I would just like to add , every time I bring my car in, it is washed and hoovered out , and I drive away in showroom condition. Thank you

My vehicle was in for its first service as it reached 17000 miles. Oil and filter change @ £277. Vehicle returned to me washed and serviced etc. After the first day checked the oil and it was reading minimum oil level. Bumper scratched too
I got winter tyres changes for summer ones and one of the air valve caps were missing and the other three were loose making me think I wonder if they actually checked the wheel nuts were tight

The wrong tyres were delivered to the branch and this meant my car wasn't returned to me at the time agreed (booked a week in advance). I had to make other arrangements to pick my daughter up from school as no one called me to advise of the issue.

Overall very good from Fiona and was a bit disappointed when the call came back saying i would need to pay £400 to BMW for a tyre when i had purchased the car less than a year and paid for tyre insurance.
Pleasant , knowledgeable staff.
First return visit fixed one issue but others not...on second visit those issues then attended to but confidence in car has suffered ...rather than enjoying my BMW experience in full it has been a bit disillusioning
Service from the girl was terrible, talking over me constantly, after she sorted out my insurance policy, we realised that each time I'd been in for repairs to my tyre, my husbands policy had been used against my car!

Had a secondary issue, after the engine replacement. That was the only negative about the whole experience.
I filled up the screen wash fully in my car the night before the car was put in for a service, the screenwash was not used by myself yet the bill included 1 litre of screenwash - the cost means nothing but to be charged for something not carried out!

We had an issue with the courtesy car which we did eventually resolve but was very poor experience due to this issue which could have been completely avoided by Douglas Park.

Got to the root of the problem fast.
A video recording was made of the underside of the vehicle which highlighted cracks in the rubber between the tire treads on all four tyres. The car has done 18000 mls and the tires are about 50% worn. I asked if this could be a warranty issue. No!
