Problem sorted and kept up to date by Service advisor with car returned swiftly.
We had an issue with the courtesy car which we did eventually resolve but was very poor experience due to this issue which could have been completely avoided by Douglas Park.
As above. I also wrote an email to the service manager praising Scott Gibb the trainee service person for the way he dealt with me and the problem with my car.
Sales are great I need an explanation from the Service Dept, not a person at the desk, a mechanic

A video recording was made of the underside of the vehicle which highlighted cracks in the rubber between the tire treads on all four tyres. The car has done 18000 mls and the tires are about 50% worn. I asked if this could be a warranty issue. No!

The change was winter to summer tyres. Tyres had not been inflated to correct pressure on receipt of the car.

As above, the Service Advisor who dealt with my car (David Woods) provided a first class service. He called the day before as a reminder and on the day to keep me fully updated. He was extremely professional throughout.
Service was carried out to a high standard however the valet not so much.

Very happy overall. I had a waiting appointment which kept to time and my car was also washed. The only slight disappointment was that there were no biscuits to have with your hot drink from the machine (Mercedes always had these).

My 6 series had a tyre change under warranty. I was immediately aware of a vibration not previously evident. I advised the service department who offered me an appointment 3 weeks hence. My Quick Fit centre fixed the issue by rebalance in 15 mins ??

Service-wise, I've received telephone calls, texts, many of which out of hours which has convinced me to already buy my next car from Chris, that's saying something having been a long standing Mercedes enthusiast.
Trying to arrange the service took 4 days. The service department called the wrong number . Said they left messages but each time I called I gave them correct number and still no return call . Extremely frustrating !
Douglas Park have to put the customer 1st all the time so there employees are good at what they do.
Woman at reception area are always very welcoming, polite and having a genuine interest in you as a customer, they take an interest in you as a person and this attitude continues through to the sales and service areas.

There were no issues with leaving the car the night before the service. There was a call to say if there was any work to be done. Then a call to say the car was ready. The car was valeted and washed. Happy days......

When picking up my car, it had not been cleaned, it was not in the customers car park, it was in the workshop car park
Very dissatisfied with Andrew Mungall of the Service Dept who said he phoned me 3 times none of which came through to my phone. He became louder on the phone when I intimated that I did not receive his calls or voicemails. Barry Milne then sorted it.
The interior car wash left the car dirtier than it was before it was cleaned. I now have dirty streaks all over the inside of the windscreen, the black shiny plastic on the dashboard and on the digital instrument cluster.
This branch were as helpful as they could be but had their hands tied by refusal of BMW UK to sanction repair under warranty.
The car is running very well. Servicing has corrected the faults we mentioned

As above. I was able to get an outside company to go to the dealership and detail my car prior to me collecting it. This was made as easy as possible by the staff at the dealership.
Nothing was too much trouble for the service department, and they always have a smile.
Because the only thing I asked to be checked were the alloys for corrosion , they didn't manage to do that resulting in me having to book the car back in . It should take about 10 seconds .
Disappointed that I was not asked to approve an additional brake service and was notified days later that this had been carried out and requested to pay for this service as it was not in the service plan.

Fast, friendly service. Trusted dealership. Car was professionally valeted inside and out too. I was offered a lift home and a lift back rather than waiting in the garage. Car was ready very quickly and I was kept up to date via phone.
I've given this answer because to be honest I'm appalled at the service. My car has had alot of faults to which I have not had one apology. When buy a new car you expect it to work.

Really good service from Jonathan, he found the right car for us and worked hard to get us what we wanted. We were invited to see the car when it arrived and we were dealt with really well by the 'Genius' when we picked the car up.
