There were no issues with leaving the car the night before the service. There was a call to say if there was any work to be done. Then a call to say the car was ready. The car was valeted and washed. Happy days......
Excellent customer service
When picking up my car, it had not been cleaned, it was not in the customers car park, it was in the workshop car park
Very dissatisfied with Andrew Mungall of the Service Dept who said he phoned me 3 times none of which came through to my phone. He became louder on the phone when I intimated that I did not receive his calls or voicemails. Barry Milne then sorted it.
The interior car wash left the car dirtier than it was before it was cleaned. I now have dirty streaks all over the inside of the windscreen, the black shiny plastic on the dashboard and on the digital instrument cluster.
This branch were as helpful as they could be but had their hands tied by refusal of BMW UK to sanction repair under warranty.
The car is running very well. Servicing has corrected the faults we mentioned
As above. I was able to get an outside company to go to the dealership and detail my car prior to me collecting it. This was made as easy as possible by the staff at the dealership.
Score would have been higher if not for the disruption caused due to a part not being ordered which resulted in a wasted trip. It took 3 trips to resolve the issue. Lesley Ann was very good in dealing with me

Nothing was too much trouble for the service department, and they always have a smile.
Because the only thing I asked to be checked were the alloys for corrosion , they didn't manage to do that resulting in me having to book the car back in . It should take about 10 seconds .
Disappointed that I was not asked to approve an additional brake service and was notified days later that this had been carried out and requested to pay for this service as it was not in the service plan.

Friendly staff and ability to arrange servicing when I required it.
Fast, friendly service. Trusted dealership. Car was professionally valeted inside and out too. I was offered a lift home and a lift back rather than waiting in the garage. Car was ready very quickly and I was kept up to date via phone.

I've given this answer because to be honest I'm appalled at the service. My car has had alot of faults to which I have not had one apology. When buy a new car you expect it to work.

Sent me on my way after paying £130 to be told nothing wrong with your vehicle and wouldnt be charged next time if I come back with the same issue. My issue did come back so I went to parks BMW in Stirling who have FOUND the issue due to drive train
Excellent service and staff
Car was not cleaned well inside or out following visit. Also did not understand purpose of visual overview video stating figures of tyres isn't much help to normal lay person. Would be best to describe and state tyres are within legal limit etc

The BMW Professional Satnav Map update was installed as arranged by BMW Connected Drive. This was required because the online download would not work for my car despite the initial download worked fine when I purchased the 2yr map update package.
Went to service and did not carry out what was instructed. Then we had to wait until it was done when we turned up to collect the car.
My car servicing experience was first class and hassle free.
Issue diagnosed quickly, video of visual inspection sent while car being repaired and returned fully valeted.

I was a bit dissapointed as I had to return with my car to have the front suspension checked and repaired despite the fact that I had highlighted the fault on my first visit for its service and MOT.

Service was good. However when I booked the service I told the adviser that I had seen the service online at £192 The adviser said that he could match that but after picking up the car I got a phone call from the garage to say it would be £249

I was booked in as soon as possible due to curtesy car availability - fully acceptable due to my car still being able to drive
I was told to come in for the car at 3pm I did the car was not ready but no phone call to tell me I was then told it would be another hour I got a phone call about 1.5 hours later then had to sit for ages till I was given my key there was more

Salesman was good and accommodating but handing over a new car with a small dent is not. Finance manager called me to come in and sign paperwork . I arrived at the agreed time and he had left. A colleague stood in but had wasn't familiar with my case
