This was the second time our car has been at this garage for the same issue and the problem is still there. We had to pay for using a courtesy car. This issue with our car should be fixed by BMW, at BMW's cost, with no inconvenience to us.
Any problems I had with my vehicles were dealt with timorously and where appropriate a courtesy car was provided. Servicing was always carried out to a high standard.

Contacted me to state MOT was due. Treated very well in branch on car drop-off and pick-up. Asked whether I needed a lift due to not having the car and after saying I would walk, I was offered bottles of water.
Easy to book service. Staff informed us of safety check that would be carried out and gave us options regarding how long we would be without the car.

I was disappointed that you advised that I needed two tyres replaced and then could not supply them and on going to an alternative garage I found I only need repairs.The speed of talking in the video too fast and on that only one tyre was highlightd
The main issue was rectified but as mentioned I have been left with the initial issue that there is a buzz or vibration form around the drivers window and pillar at higher speeds.
The garage did what we asked and it was no hassle. The result was what we wanted.
From a brand like bmw I would expect to be offered a courtesy car, pick up drop off service or at least a run home after dropping car off. Had to arrange transport both ways. Also was made aware car needed adblue on video but was not put in or offerd

My car indicated that it required an oil change and visual inspection so, I booked it in for a Fast Lane Service, only to discover at the dealership that more service items were required. This resulted in having to wait longer to get my car back.

The cause of the intermittent 'lack of power' problem was diagnosed and rectified during the visit
It took 3 days to have a tire fitted after being told it would be done in 1. I also asked for Adblue to be refilled but this was not done and a valve cap cover on another wheel was missing after my visit.

Smooth and efficient from start to finish
Engine problem was diagnosed from key data and resolved under warranty.Wheel alignment issue which had caused uneven wear to tyre which had to be replaced was diagnosed and corrected. However I suspect the problem had existed sice the car was new.
Very satisfied. Everything from booking the car in to driving it away was straight forward with no hitches.
My car was picked up from my home and returned on time for me to drive South. Also, I received notification and videos during the day of what was being checked on the car

My car went into the garage fine and came out making noises, turns out the technician hadnt secured the undertrays on my car. What I believe to be a very basic task.

I called the day before to advise that the brake pad warning light was on - told the pick up driver too. I got a call later that morning to say the car had failed its MOT because the brake pads were too worn and there were no brake discs in stock.

The time frames given for servicing and repair which have been given in advance when booking an appointment have gone without delay. Only on one occasion the car repair ran over as a part had to be ordered but importantly I was kept up to date.

Service fairly expensive. I had filled the windscreen water water bottle and was charged for bottle that was left in boot.
Car collected and returned, cleaned and washed and request attended to.
The job was simple although due to age, the parts may have had to be ordered over night. Following discussion I had alternative parts were found. May not have suit every customer but for me perfect, allowing me to get on my way.

I was kept advised of progress on my vehicle and was able to drop off and pick up with no issues. Even though the repair was done under warranty I did have to arrange my own temp transport due to waiting times for alt vehicle which was not ideal

Car needed ABS rings which meant full drive-shaft replacement at considerable cost which outweighed value of vehicle. I appreciate this repair is governed by the item being supplied from BMW as a complete drive-shaft unit. There's the rub.

I aked for car back by 4pm at latest as I had an appointment at 4:50. However, I had to phone at 4:15 to ask what was happening. I eventually got car at 5pm and had to cancel my appointment. No phone call to say there was issue with reprogramming.

As per my earlier comment, all of the staff were very welcoming, courteous and we were made feel special throughout the entire process, even though we have purchased BMW vehicles from the Centre previously.
