Everything was really very good. Only one slight criticism might be the complimentary car wash and vac. The wash was okay but some dust and debris left mostly around the drivers pedals from the vac which was slightly disappointing.

After getting egr cooler fitted I picked car up EML was on I drove 500yds with car engine surging and in limp mode. I phoned back to bmw and told them what was happening I was told that it had nothing to do with them and it was my problem

When trying to book car in for service was told advisors were busy and would call back which never happened 2 phone calls later just to get to speak to someone and the day we got car back the washer level light came on so had to refill myself

I lost my private reg on my last car change because the guy dealing with my motability car always done the change over for me that helped immensely. As it was a gift that my late mother .and girlfriend got me.No help as the staff member changed .

Arrived to find that despite having a service plan calculated by BMW there was a shortfall in contributions. This seems to contradict the letter from BMW which states no on the day surprise costs.

Although I elected to check in with a service advisor - online, I was still led to a screen, with irrelevant questions regarding the work e.g. did I want the oil level and AdBlue topped up. Mine is a petrol engined car booked in for an oil service.

All regular servicing is carried out to my satisfaction ,but I have had recent small electrical problems which do not impact the safety in driving my car but are extremely annoying particularly when opening up prior to starting the car engine.

They could only complete one recall (airbag) as they did not have a part ready to complete the other recall (EGR). This has meant I have arranged another date to take my car the centre. No doubt I will be charged (insurance) for the courtesy vehicle.

The repair shop eventually did an excellent job, but there was miscommunication between myself, reception and the workshop. My car was in for a straightforward taillight replacement which ended up taking 2 days.

The Service Advisor, Naomi, was very helpful, but her colleague was arrogant and condescending. The Service Manager was on holiday and the lack of experience on how to help was clearly evident, there was no attempt to plea my case to BMW UK.
