My experience was amazing. My salesman Taylor Ritchie couldn't have done any more to help me. Taylor was always on hand to answer any questions I had and made buying my new 1 series really easy. Afterwards, he made sure everything was ok too.

Job completed, payment made on line, Douglas park issued receipt through email however at collection receptionist couldn't confirm the payment, went round and round trying to confirm it, I showed her my receipt but won't believe it felt humiliated.

Jenna was extremely helpful, even when I was becoming impatient and concerned about Parks not having a new tyre in stock, she reassured me and went above and beyond to get a tyre in super fast time and had it fitted and the car returned to me on time

I was very disappointed when my car was returned. It was a heavy bill and my car has not been washed. It has oily hand marks on the body work. However on contacting BMW they offered to collect and valet it but I could not spare the time.

Very poor service centre. I was told my car would be 2hrs for a tyre change and alignment, so I chose to wait. It took 4.5 hrs. That's just my issue on this occasion. If I hadn't already pre paid a service plan I would certainly not be back.

It appears that the servicing dept take a rigid approach to fault finding which seems to blind them to taking a common sense approach. This results in customers having to pay for unnecessary work. That said, the manager was reassuringly pragmatic.

Checks identified a nail in tyre which was good and it was repaired at reasonable cost. However the car returned with the valve dust cap missing. Annoying as it is not a basic standard dust cap.
