Wife took car over and picked it up when service was done. She was kept informed of what was being done and when she could pick up the car. Very good customer service.

Been a custermor at Hamilton for 10 years now both as buyer and for service and had great service all the time.
As soon as I arrived at the service desk I was welcomed and taken to a desk to give my details etc. The member of Staff was very friendly and he explained what would happen. Service was fab, I was given an e,mail with a video to view what had taken
They carried out what had been arranged.
Everything was seem less. Booked the car, took it in. Left it. Back at the time they said and the car was ready..

Addition to winter-summer tyre swap Parks investigated underbonnet noise and vibration that I'd reported. Failed brake calliper and damaged disc at front nearside found. New calliper & discs/pads all round were agreed. Happy with pricing & service.
Despite my local dealer being in Leicester and the nearest to my work being Edinburgh I prefer to use the Douglas park Hamilton dealership for a service . Efficient , professional and good customer service

Only dropped car off, and collected again - in the branch very briefly, only a few minutes therefore difficult to comment on that part of the experience. The job was done well, on time, and no issues.
The service was completed in the time frame I was given. There was no hidden cost or dodgy dealings as I've had at other places. Everything was very efficient

Hamilton are excellent. Everything is well organised and the staff are exceptionally professional and friendly and have helped me out over the years. I had to sell my late husbands BMW car when he died and they did that for me at a time I was in bits
Completely satisfied. There was the possibility that the car might need a recall fault fixed and I was advised that this might take 2 to 3 hours but that I would be contacted and kept up to date. I was phoned later to be informed my car was ready.

The Service Team were helpful and pleasant and kept me informed of the work required. This dealership had also set up the reception and service areas well to maintain social distancing and cleanliness, which was reassuring.

Following Technician (Colin Beatie) identifying a broken spring resulting in MOT failure on a Saturday, no time was wasted in Service staff (Andrew Mungall) liaising and quickly obtaining a quote for the repair to be carried out next working day.
Service was carried out with a good degree of professionalism. The short video on the tyre tread sizes was helpful - it would have been more reassuring if the video showed all service processes carried out. Service was quite expensive-discount given.
MOT and service done to suit my date requirements. X5 picked from home and dropped back. Special mention of Sales Executive Daniel Ferguson and driver Andy
