Very quick turnaround
The service rep was such a delight to deal with. They made sure I was happy with my car and answered any questions that I had.
Within 2 hours of technical problem being resolved by mobile technician Park of Hamilton telephoned to arrange a time to take car to garage for re-programming.
The service at Hamilton was without question superior to any experienced at other dealerships

My car was in and out in 1 day, fast service, was kept up to date on it's progress, and was sent a video once service had been completed. Great service.
The rear window mirror had to be refitted having become detached for no apparent reason. This happened last year under similar circumstances.
I was given first class attention by the member of staff, Mr Mungall.
Collect and return service excellent
The drivers always enjoy coming to collect your car. We offer this service to make it as easy as possible for our customers so the service does not impact too much on the normal day.
Car was booked in promptly , I was kept up to date with servicing and provided with a full report and video .

My car was fixed and I had to pay a large sum of money but now it is fixed the car is much better then it ever was so it means that the fult was there well before my warranty run out.

Car wasnt washed or hoovered when I collected the car when I was told by the service if department it would be.Alloy wheel was in for repair and was returned with the dust cap missing from the wheel.
Douglas Park give a good service, but when you can't get air conditioning parts for weeks in the middle of summer it doesn't give a good feeling about BMW capability.
I turned up unannounced so to speak, service agent attended to me within 5 minutes, gave me a plan as to how they will sort my issue out.
My son has been on a number of occasions to Douglas Park and has been praising the service the staff and basically happy with everything that has been done for him at Douglas Park
I have comprehensive warranty! When paying my £100 excess the advisor said I ahouks also be paying diagnostic fee from future visits??

My warranty claim was dealt with swiftly and effectively including the provision of a replacement car while my car was off the road. Regular progress updates were received throughout.

It was good but I felt that as I was a returning customer I wasnt treated like the new customers, no flowers or follow up call to ask if everything ok.

Service went well,staff remembered my name from registration rather than looking at paperwork. Car cleaned well some general discussion was had on electric vehicles.
I've bought all my cars from Douglas Park and they've all been serviced there. Why? Staff are always couteous and helpful and go the extra mile (no pun intended!), eg provide transport to and from my home when possible as it's out of the way.
Faulty headlight not picked up on vehicle health check (warranty issue).More interested is selling brake pads and discs.Recommending changin 50% worn pads?

I was left standing unacknowledged in the service area for too long when I went to book my car in for a service. This did not make me feel like a valued customer or that the dealership wanted my business.
Good communication throughout
when I booked my car in I was told I had tyre cover. I wasnt too sure as the day I bought my car my husband was changing his too so we had lots of paperwork. Once the tyres were off my car I got a call to say I didnt have the cover.

Asked for a quote to get a small dent on the rear bumper fixed and was told they would get back to me with a cost. I've never heard anything else back from them
I was told onboard computer was saying I had a punctore on one tyre and 2 tyres were showing signs of wear although I inspected tyres myself and found them fine. If I had given the technician the go ahead, it would have been £800 spend unwarrented.
2/2.....and he couldn't.remember whether he left a message. It was not the type of service I would expect from Parks and it was a bit of an inconvenience.
Always friendly staff & they all get the job done.
They couldnt have done more to help. Was let done badly by enterprise rent a car, however Parks did everything possible to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Not one issue to report, Demo car was great and the transaction with the purchase of the new car was flawless.
6 BMW in 15 years, thank you for choosing Douglas Park again for this one. Enjoy
