There was a misunderstanding regarding the level of cover my motor fleet certificate provided which led to an unnecessary delay. I missed 2 meetings in the time taken to resolve the issue.

Had an Alloy wheel repaired. The car was off the road for 4 days. It came back with the repaired wheel a different colour from the other 3. It has to be booked in again for another 4 days.

I have had an excellent service experience with Douglas Park. They dealt with my problem promptly, identifying the fault very quickly. I was kept up to date daily with the progress of the repair.

Generally service experience is extremely high. Some health check findings can be very highly priced for replacement / remedial work.

My vehicle has not been in to parks. My son's vehicle has, registered in his name. I have continually asked for this correction to be made and each time I'm assured that the correction he been made. Unfortunately it still hasn't.

The guys at the service desk were really helpful when I explained to them that I was going away on holiday whilst the car was being serviced and needed to leave it the garage until I came back. This was no problem and my car was kept there safely.
Service was swiftly completed and cheaper than first quoted.
Met immediately on my arrival at reception and directed to service department treated well everything explained. I left my car the previous night my choice no issues with request. Car serviced as explained and car was spotless when I picked it up.

on calling personally at the garage on the Monday morning I was initially advised that 1st chance to look at the car would be a week on the Friday , thankfully after some discussion agreed to drop off the next day, car then dealt with very promptly
I was briefly ignored by the service advisor i was directed to, who was then slightly abrupt when telling me to "take a seat and she will see me in a minute." She also barely looked up when dealing with me.

Car to garage for Retro Fit. No prior problems.. Advised car needed new washers.. Disputed. Advised washers were ok but wipers needed replacement. Accepted. Car returned. Engine warning light on. Car returned. Advised £900+ repairs. Not accepted.

Air conditioning re gas was not carried out to a high standard. On board diagnosis of brake vacuum recall was supposed to be done on 14/06/17, visited garage on 22/06/17 to be told in fact it had not been carried out as stated on previous visit
