Gave me car back and it hasnt been properly repaired - same issue with car happened a few days after it was supposedly fixed.

Advisers have time to talk and explain every thing very well.
They always accomodate my request to suitmy requirements. Special mention of Danny Ferguson in sales and David Mcbennet in service section.
Again quality, courtesy together with vehicle retuned valeted.
My warranty claim was dealt with swiftly and effectively including the provision of a replacement car while my car was off the road. Regular progress updates were received throughout.
Everything was fine
It was good but I felt that as I was a returning customer I wasnt treated like the new customers, no flowers or follow up call to ask if everything ok.

When I telephoned the senior service advisor at Parks BMW Hamilton he was polite and helpful and offered to try to resolve my issue that day. He was true to his word and the fault was repaired under warranty that. Excellent service.

Service went well,staff remembered my name from registration rather than looking at paperwork. Car cleaned well some general discussion was had on electric vehicles.
I've bought all my cars from Douglas Park and they've all been serviced there. Why? Staff are always couteous and helpful and go the extra mile (no pun intended!), eg provide transport to and from my home when possible as it's out of the way.

I was left standing unacknowledged in the service area for too long when I went to book my car in for a service. This did not make me feel like a valued customer or that the dealership wanted my business.

when I booked my car in I was told I had tyre cover. I wasnt too sure as the day I bought my car my husband was changing his too so we had lots of paperwork. Once the tyres were off my car I got a call to say I didnt have the cover.

Asked for a quote to get a small dent on the rear bumper fixed and was told they would get back to me with a cost. I've never heard anything else back from them
I was told onboard computer was saying I had a punctore on one tyre and 2 tyres were showing signs of wear although I inspected tyres myself and found them fine. If I had given the technician the go ahead, it would have been £800 spend unwarrented.
2/2.....and he couldn't.remember whether he left a message. It was not the type of service I would expect from Parks and it was a bit of an inconvenience.
They couldnt have done more to help. Was let done badly by enterprise rent a car, however Parks did everything possible to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The work I had asked to be carried out was completed to my satisfaction and no problem has arisen since despite the car having since covered several hundred miles.
Returned to find the car was not ready to take away. Not really dealership to blame but a call or a message would have saved me waiting for 90 mins

The whole experience was very positive.
Overall the problems that I reported to the service department were dealt with and rectified, however I had to wait over 1 week for my car to be returned due to parts having to be ordered.

While my car is in for a major service I expect to be given full information on any issues found, on this occasion I was asked for an additional £100 for an investigation into my brakes, I declined. A visual check showed one pad not making contact.

My car was repaired in East Kilbride BMW but had to be sent to BMW in Hamilton to be re-coded. Hamilton branch kept me informed about my car and also did my 1st service which was due after speaking to me for authorisation. Hamilton excellent service
The customer service I received was appalling from one individual, therefore I simply will not be objected to this level of incompetence, arrogance and complete disrespect for another human being never mind customer.
From the moment you enter the establishment your are greeted by the reception, sales staff and service advisors as a recognized and valuable customer. This includes all senior staff members.
Was the first time i booked my car in for a service since passing my test, all my questions were handled and explained very well. Car left after being washed and hoovered and looked great.

Alloy wheel damaged during tyre rectification
As usual was very well looked after and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.Managed to also repair wheel damaged in a pothole.
Every piece of information required in given in an organised, thorough and friendly manner.
There was doubt as to whether the fault with the car was covered by the AUC warranty. The matter was dealt with fairly via goodwill.I was surprised though that the replacement windscreen wasn't cleaned on the inside prior to the car being returned.
Took the time to look at another issue and resolved it. Easy booking, courtesy car too.
The problem I had with my vehicle was rectified at the first attempt and my car was returned to me in spotless well valeted condition
Ive been a customer for over 12 years and feel as if the reception staff (Liz) know me well. In addition, I have a lot of confidence in Paul Henderson who (so far) sold me 3 5-Series cars. The service reception staff change a bit but are helpful.

We as a family have purchased 7 or 8 cars from the parks group and I feel this time there was a lot of confusion with the cars delivery which ended up costing me £500 more for my insurance. Complacency springs to mind they will buy the car anyway.

As above. The salesperson and the team were very accommodating. It was quick and easy. We knew what we wanted. No fuss. They provided. The showroom had a very good atmosphere around it.
Our salesman (Paul) was brilliant. Could not have been friendlier, more attentive or more understanding of our needs. This is not a full top mark simply as I dealt with 2 Finance Managers and neither were particularly friendly/engaging.
Danny Ferguson was very helpful and we appreciated the going over of the vehicle systems in such detail at point of sale.

The car was brought up from down south when it was expected which we where told about and was earlier than expected which the salesman explained and he kept in contact to let me know when to collect it.
