My car was taken on a ten mile test drive which I was not made aware of when collecting my car.I was charged £3.99 for screen wash when a bottle from your garage costs 4.99 but the bottle was not left in my car for me to use the remainder

Thank you for your response. Due to the nature of your issue this required a test drive to determine any faults sorry if this was not explained to you. The screen wash as you have noted was sold to you for less than the advertised price and it was all used hence why the bottle was not left in your car.

Cannot fault the service received. However, after replacing the timing chain, the autobox isn't as it was before the car went into be repaired. The car went back in again & was going to be an additional £260 to check which I declined.

Prices of used cars are competitive and keenly priced. Warranty (new and used) is good. Bodywork warranty is good. Eg. BMW had no hesitation in replacing a boot lid that had developed a spot of rust on a five year old car.
