This is in relation to my experience with Natalie, and her updates which just made me feel as if BMW were hiding something from me, also Andy when he phoned me and said fantastic news your cars ready. Hardly fantastic and just annoyed me even more.

Overall the problems that I reported to the service department were dealt with and rectified, however I had to wait over 1 week for my car to be returned due to parts having to be ordered.
The whole experience was very positive.
In business one of the most important aspects is customer satisfaction, this ensures repeat business and loyalty. you obviously don't see this as I will never go into another agreement with DP. including my wife that will be over £100,000.LOST TO DP.

While my car is in for a major service I expect to be given full information on any issues found, on this occasion I was asked for an additional £100 for an investigation into my brakes, I declined. A visual check showed one pad not making contact.
Service warning light remains on after service and MOT, otherwise fully satisfied.
Not sure if the objective is the service of the car , or based on the principle of more work required more dollars !!
My car was repaired in East Kilbride BMW but had to be sent to BMW in Hamilton to be re-coded. Hamilton branch kept me informed about my car and also did my 1st service which was due after speaking to me for authorisation. Hamilton excellent service
The customer service I received was appalling from one individual, therefore I simply will not be objected to this level of incompetence, arrogance and complete disrespect for another human being never mind customer.
Was the first time i booked my car in for a service since passing my test, all my questions were handled and explained very well. Car left after being washed and hoovered and looked great.
From the moment you enter the establishment your are greeted by the reception, sales staff and service advisors as a recognized and valuable customer. This includes all senior staff members.

Alloy wheel damaged during tyre rectification
As usual was very well looked after and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.Managed to also repair wheel damaged in a pothole.
There was doubt as to whether the fault with the car was covered by the AUC warranty. The matter was dealt with fairly via goodwill.I was surprised though that the replacement windscreen wasn't cleaned on the inside prior to the car being returned.
Took the time to look at another issue and resolved it. Easy booking, courtesy car too.
The problem I had with my vehicle was rectified at the first attempt and my car was returned to me in spotless well valeted condition
Ive been a customer for over 12 years and feel as if the reception staff (Liz) know me well. In addition, I have a lot of confidence in Paul Henderson who (so far) sold me 3 5-Series cars. The service reception staff change a bit but are helpful.

My service was done when I wanted without very little notice to the garage who were happy to accommodate me as always. They were in contact as soon as they knew the work needing done to inform me what they recommended and the cost

My car needed the brake fluid replaced. Acknowledged with courtesy when I arrived, car booked in promptly, video sent via mobile, and a call to say when the car was ready for pick up. Car valet in and out.
New tyre put on but still got same problemCalled up and said come back in but this is causing inconvenience with my work now having to take day off 2 weeks later to deal with it, no follow up call since stating still got an issue.
Cause they check vehicle over as well

the problem took longer than I had intended to be at BMW,EG Was in to just show David my alloy wheel as they had put a new tyre on the week before and had put a mark on the alloy, It had took me the week just to get time to pop in

BMW told me they had a replacement tyre in stock but once they had my car they discovered it was the wrong tyre. It took 4 days to get a replacement tyre & fit it. I could have gone to a tyre replacement business & got one immediately
Major factor for ourselves is ease of dealing with BMW. This was compromised and created a difficult exchange with a second service individual.
Process was straightforward and the pick up and drop off was great, as my work commitments would make it difficult to get to and from the garage.

Whilst in for a routine service, corrosion was identified to all wheels. New wheels were provided under warranty. However, every wheel weight was installed without care and attention to location and straightness. A further visit to remedy is required

My only disappointment was having to swap courtesy cars multiple times. Communication from dealership couldnt be faulted. Ultimately, they acted quickly on a fault on the car so couldnt be helped.

We as a family have purchased 7 or 8 cars from the parks group and I feel this time there was a lot of confusion with the cars delivery which ended up costing me £500 more for my insurance. Complacency springs to mind they will buy the car anyway.

It was a pleasure doing business with the staff at BMW Hamilton. The purchase and car delivery were done in a smooth and competent manner, we were also told to pop in or phone at any time regarding any issues with the car.
I always deal with Alisdair Lawson when I am looking for a new BMW. I always find him very helpful and he keeps me up to date and informed during the whole process from initial e-mail enquiry through to picking up the car. Would definitely recommend.

Douglas Park Hamilton was the centre where the car was purchased, the only thing that lets it down is after paying £30,000 for the car, i was charger £10.00 for a set of replacement number plates
Our salesman (Paul) was brilliant. Could not have been friendlier, more attentive or more understanding of our needs. This is not a full top mark simply as I dealt with 2 Finance Managers and neither were particularly friendly/engaging.
Danny Ferguson was very helpful and we appreciated the going over of the vehicle systems in such detail at point of sale.
The purchase was very smooth and any questions we had were answered quickly and truthfully. George took his time showing us different models so we could make an informed choice. The video of the car after delivery was a nice touch also.
