I was phoned to come in, I booked in, travelled 35 miles, and the service reception could not find my booking; however Nathalie the service adviser was brilliant, and sorted it for me.
Initial visit advised that the car did not have a puncture despite the warning light coming in twice and me inflating the tyre. I had to take the car back and then pay for the use of a demonstrator while the fault was rectified.
Great ... I waited on the car and drank coffee and read my paper and the staff kept me updated ... and my car was hoovered and washed before I got it back ...
They don't just make it a business, the staff make it Personal.
Prices of used cars are competitive and keenly priced. Warranty (new and used) is good. Bodywork warranty is good. Eg. BMW had no hesitation in replacing a boot lid that had developed a spot of rust on a five year old car.

I called in as I was passing. They took car from me straight away, drove me to my office and sorted problem instantly. Cleaned and vacuumed car and fully updated at all times.
Was not told there was a charge for windscreen wash.

My car was collected exactly when they said it would be. I was kept informed of exactly what was happening and my car was returned earlier than expected too which was a bonus. Thank you to David and the lovely gentleman who dropped my car off.
Car returned repaired in good order
Car was in for safety recall but I also had small scratch on nearside door and when I asked for advice on how to repair it your member of staff took car for 10 minutes and had repair done there and then.

The service was carried out most efficiently.
Was told that I had a leaking diff seal and given quote to fix, took car to an independent garage for an estimation on having work done to be told that seal was not leaking and no work was required on my car.

I thought the health check video was good and the car was clean on its return, however I will need to put the car back in as I can hear what I believe to be engine noise at motorway speeds which weren't there before the service.
