The level of service I experienced was conducted in a professional and friendly manner. All aspects of the service were explained in detail to my satisfaction and within the timescales promised.
Service was good. However when I booked the service I told the adviser that I had seen the service online at £192 The adviser said that he could match that but after picking up the car I got a phone call from the garage to say it would be £249

As above - works were carried out as promised. The advisor I dealt with (Hannah) was excellent and very personable.....she would no doubt flourish in a sales related role.

I was told to come in for the car at 3pm I did the car was not ready but no phone call to tell me I was then told it would be another hour I got a phone call about 1.5 hours later then had to sit for ages till I was given my key there was more
I was booked in as soon as possible due to curtesy car availability - fully acceptable due to my car still being able to drive

Parks did try to resolve the problem but it appears that this is a manufacturing issue.
When my wife went to collect the car in extremely wet and windy conditions she was handed her car keys and given NO indication as to where her car was parked. Eventually after ten minutes her car was brought round to the reception area.

On dropping car off assistant noticed I had a longer period until service required than I had realised (sorry!). Assistant offered a health check as I needed tyres checked. This was done within an hour...and 2 tyres changed same morning...fantastic

Because and I know it's very trivial but my car went into the service department with 4 metal dust caps on the tyres and when I got it home it only had 2 . But you would be quick enough to charge me to replace the missing ones if I go back
I had a 4 hour wait to simply replace a punctured tyre. The problem seems to lie with the insurance company (I have tyre insurance) requesting additional photos,when there was quite clearly a nail in the tyre, and taking an age to approve any work.
The purchase was quick and simple saw the car when popping in for an oil change on the Saturday came back to talk about it on the Sunday and picked it up on the Wednesday!George Anderson the salesperson was great to deal with.
Again all the staff were very pleasant but having too wait over a week for a tyre was a bit much considering what the salesman told me at time of purchase . Also the wrong tyre was delivered first time .
Return date for service provided Opportunity to express how disgruntled I was at previous visit and unnecessary inconvenience Car interior could have been improved with valeting

This was the second time our car has been at this garage for the same issue and the problem is still there. We had to pay for using a courtesy car. This issue with our car should be fixed by BMW, at BMW's cost, with no inconvenience to us.
Car was presented well and clean and some future repairs highlighted . When returning home the cars oil light came on which was a disappointment
